2008 One-Design Keelboat Race Results
Britannia Yacht Club runs the racing for One-Design Keelboats. BYC
is responsible for scoring these races, and results are posted on BYC's Race Results
page. Results on this page are copied from BYC's web site periodically,
to provide a back-up to BYC's server, and to provide a complete record
of NSC racing. Note that in the event of a discrepancy between the
results posted on the NSC and BYC web sites, the BYC results are likely
more current, and thus likely more accurate.

SPRING SERIES:

- May 8: No Race, as launch was delayed.
- May 15: NSC Hosted practice race, as BYC gates still in. No results available.
- May 22: Race #1, W Course, Winds NW 6-12 knots.
- May 29: Race #2, W Course, Winds NW 15-20+ knots.
- June 5: Race #3, T Course, Winds E 12-15 knots.
- June 12: Race abandoned on first beat, due to lack of wind.
- June 19: Race #4, W Course, Winds SSW 6-12 knots.

SUMMER SERIES:

- June 26: Race cancelled due to lack of wind.
- July 3: Race #1, W Course, Winds NNW 10-17 knots.
- July 10: Race #2, W Course, Winds 12-18 knots.
- July 17: Race #3, W Course, Winds S 6-10 knots.
- July 24: Race #4, W Course, Winds S 4-8 knots.
- July 31: Race #5, W Course, Winds WNW 8-13 knots.
- August 7: Race cancelled due to heavy rain and lack of wind.

FALL SERIES:

- August 14: Race #1, T Course, shortened to 5 legs. Winds WNW 3-6 knots.
- August 21: Race #2, W Course. Winds S 4-7 knots.
- August 28: Race abandoned due to lack of wind.

- September 11: Race #4, W Course, shortened for some fleets. Winds SE 4-8 knots.
- September 18: Race #5, W Course, shortened for some fleets. Winds NNW 4-8 knots.
- September 25: Race #6, W Course, shortened to four legs. Winds S 3-5 knots.
