  NSC sincerely apologizes to all competitors for the screw-up that resulted in no Race Committee being present for the 20 Mile Race. Steps are being taken to ensure that this does not happen again. However, given the absence of a Race Committee to start this race, and more significantly, the absence of a turning mark, a decision has been made to discard this race.
