On Saturday, June 25, 2023 the Nepean Sailing Club and the Ottawa River Canoe Club will co-host Give-It-A-Go, an event aimed at introducing youth and adults, living with disabilities, and newly disabled individuals, the opportunity to experience the joys of sailing and/or paddling! This unique and limited event will offer participants the opportunity to access specialized equipment and personalized support for both water sports, thanks to our experienced, trained, and dedicated volunteers!
Participants can register to experience one or multiple sports. Personal flotation devices and safety equipment will be provided. A Welcome Center and complimentary BarBQ will be available to all attendees and their guests.
Come to learn more about the NSC and ORCC thriving adaptive sport communities, enjoy some time on the water, and make some new friends!! EVERYONE Welcome.
