The ever-popular NSC Turkey Trot Pursuit is held on Thanksgiving Monday. This is a pursuit race open to all NSC members, whether they normally race, or not. Valid PHRF handicaps are not required, nor do boats need to pre-register. Check Telltale or nsc.ca for announcements about this year’s event.

The Turkey Trot is once or twice around the Interclub Racing Circle marks, and the first boat home wins the day. Of course, the slowest boats get to start first, to even things up. Even if you’ve never raced, this is a fun day out and a great way to get out and sail one more time before the end of the season.

Download a copy of the Sailing Instructions and start Times before heading out.
