Race-Mark Laying Course – May 27-28
NSC is hosting Ontario Sailing’s training course on setting racing marks. Classroom + on-water practice. Setting marks quickly and accurately is a great skill for race committee volunteers. Racing Will Be Postponed When Insufficient RC Volunteers Are Present
Our racing program depends on Race Committee Volunteers signing up, and showing up. When insufficient RC volunteers are expected (i.e. not all slots have been filled), or if volunteers have not shown up, the RC will postpone ashore.
FANtastic FAll REgatta (FANFARE) – 2016 Report
The NSC FANFARE regatta team stepped it up for 2016, with a 51-boat 3-day event, including 18 out-of-town visiting boats. Fireball dinghies and F18 cats raced 3 days as their Canadian championships. 8 to 15 knots on Friday and Saturday allowed a complete set of races each day.
NOD 2017 Regatta, June 17-18
