Road Work in Dick Bell Park; Entrance Road to NSC

New K1 Buoy Marking Britannia Shoal
At the request/suggestion of NSC, the Canadian Coast Guard has installed a much larger and more visible buoy, K1, to mark Britannia Shoal. Check out the photos below.
Water Level Warning and NSC Channel Adjustment
Water levels are unusually low for this time of year. Boats with a draft of 5 ft. or more need to exercise extreme caution in the harbour and transiting the NSC channel. The channel markers have been moved significantly East and South to compensate. Further details are included below:
