The meeting will begin at 7:30 pm, registration is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
An email has been sent to all member:
- The meeting announcement including the proposed agenda;
- The Annual General Meeting minutes, November 3 2011 – for review and membership approval (Includes: minutes, elections results, interim budget, and Director’s reports); and
- The Auditor’s Report and the Club’s financial audited statement as of October 31, 2011 – for review and membership approval.
Motions to be tabled at the meeting:
- Acceptance of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting dated November 3, 2011; and
- Acceptance of the Auditors Report and Financial Statements October 31, 2011.
Glenn Leathbridge, Executive Director of the The Ontario Sailing Association, will be our Guest Speaker.
