Interclub Weeknight Racing Starts June 9
Water levels have dropped more than a metre since their peak on May 21st, and BYC is scheduled to remove their gates on Thursday, June 5th. However, BYC has asked that the start of weeknight Interclub racing be deferred until the week of June 9th.

Water Levels
Please remember that even in the channel, water levels are getting low. Some members have already run aground at the edge of the channel (3’ 10”) so be careful.
Heavy Rain and Tenders
If you have a tender in the water please come and check it right away… most likely it has sunk.
Queen’s Park ILD Race, Sunday, Sept. 14 – Report & Results
Six keen NSC Keelboat teams participated in Sunday’s BYC Queen’s Park Long Distance race. While a beautiful fall day, the winds were frustratingly light, highly variable and patchy, with only shore breezes to go on at times, leading to a long challenging race!
ISAF Offshore Safety & Sea Survival Course – Now FULL
Eric Hill of seasurvival.ca will be running an ISAF/Sail Canada accredited Offshore Personal Survival Course at NSC on the weekend of Feb 1-2. Space is limited. [Note: Unfortunately, this course filled up in one day.]
