Crane Familiarization & Co-Op Mast Take Down – Saturday, October 1 @ 0800
If you plan to use the standing cranes at NSC to launch, haul-out, de-mast or mast your boat, you must have participated in a “crane familiarization” session. If you haven’t done so already, signup is done online. A crane familiarization session will be held at the North Crane on Saturday, October 1 at 8:00 AM.
Single-Handed Race – Sunday, August 14
The joint NSC/BYC Single-Handed Keelboat Race runs this Sunday, August 14, with the warning at 1400, per Part H and Annex A of the Sailing Instructions.

The gates at Britannia are still in, so we will continue with the practice racing format for Tuesday at least.
North Crane Update
Crane techs have been on site today. The lifting motor on the North Crane is operational but the boom must be operated by hand using lines. Please take your time and be cautious.
