Please join me in congratulating a past NSC Commodore, Peter Bradley, in his recent appointment as President of Ontario Sailing. This is significant for several reasons…
Ontario Sailing is “our association”, the organization committed to the promotion and development of boating and sailing in Ontario. It consists of over 200 member clubs, sailing schools, camps, charters & affiliates who represent over 10,000 member families and services over 100,000 boaters…including NSC.
This is the first time that an Ottawa-area sailor has been president of Ontario Sailing.
Peter is a member and strong supporter of our Club, having served in many capacities on our own Board of Directors.
And, finally, Peter has a solid grasp on non-for-profit Board organization….Ontario Sailing has done well!
