The NSC web site was migrated to a new Look & Feel on Friday, March 28th.

In an effort to ensure that the NSC makes use of current technologies and trends we have updated our web site. This migration is the culmination of effort of countless hours of planning, design, development and testing work undertaken by our Web Team.

The upgrade gives nsc.ca a new look & feel, creating a user experience that is well suited to all the modern devices like smart phones and tablets, as well as the more traditional laptops and desktops. It is important to note that all content from the old site is available on the new site.

The nsc.ca web site has been in existence for years, and the web pages have been created over the years using many different technologies.  Now that the migration is completed, you will come across pages that still have the ‘old’ look & feel.  Our Web Team will convert those to the new theme as appropriate, over time.

The header images used to effect the upgrade will be replaced with professional quality photos later this year.

For IE users:
The upgrade is fully compatible with IE 11.
The theme has not been tested with IE9-10 (due to lack of a testing platform).
The upgrade is also compatible with IE8, although some features may be unresponsive. Users are encouraged to upgrade their browser to the latest version of IE, or to use Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari (to name only the most popular, available for free over the internet) to enjoy the full features of the new theme.
