As part of this year’s FAntastic Nepean FAll Regatta (FANFARE), NSC is hosting a Pig Roast. Put simply, the “Pig” will start roasting around noon on a spit over natural hardwood charcoal. Dinner will include:
- Roasted pork
- Herb crusted roasted potato
- Garden salad
- Pasta salad
- Corn on the cob
- Cocktail buns with butter
