The Annual General Meeting of the Nepean Sailing Club will be held on Wednesday December 4th, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the NSC HarbourView Hall. All members are welcome. Please register your participation at the Office between 6:30 and 7:30 pm before the meeting and join us for drinks and snacks (finger-food provided by NSC).
Please note that in accordance with NSC’s Bylaw No. 1 (November 2017) as per Article 3.4 and 3.5, a single vote shall be accorded to:
– Family memberships
– Adult memberships
– Student memberships
A voting member may vote by proxy as per the procedures established, which are outlined in the NSC Proxy Voting Procedure documents on the NSC Website.
