NSC will once again host the popular North U Sail Trim seminar, to be held on Saturday, April 7th, 0830-1630, in the Harbourview Hall. The seminar will be presented by Geoff Moore, J-24 Champion and veteran coach.

In this full day seminar, Geoff cover Upwind and Downwind Sail Trim. You’ll learn how angle of attack, depth, and twist control upwind power and proper trim for light, moderate and heavy air, and how optimum trim changes with sea state. Geoff will explore spinnaker trim for both symmetric and asymmetric spinnakers and see how changes in trim and shape can improve performance and control in all conditions.

Cost of registration is $115+HST for NSC Members, $135+HST for Skippers (non-members), $115+HST for any additional crew members, or $70+HST for student/juniors. All prices include Lunch.

Register on-line. For registration questions or problems call Fran Wainer at 800-347-2457 or e-mail her. Space is limited. If for any reason you have to cancel, contact Fran for a full refund.

See the NSC North U Flyer.

Course check-in is at 0830, and the seminar will run 0900-1600. Lunch will be provided by The Galley.

Matt Davidge is the local NSC host and coordinator for this seminar.
