National Capital Able Sail Association is holding a Fund Raising Dinner at Rideau-Carleton Raceway on Thursday April 15.
Funds are used to support the competitive and recreational programs of NCASA including assisting members with limited income for sailing lessons and financial support to out of town sailing regattas.
