The river-level, sandbags and pumping operations are all “holding”. The Club is mostly dry and your boats are all secure. Our original request for help will cover us until Tuesday May 9 at 09h00. With an eye on river-level projections, we’re asking for a second round of help on a modified schedule. 20 additional volunteers required.
NSC staff and “the usual suspects” can handle the daytime shifts on Wednesday between 09h00 and 18h00. We need 4 volunteers in 3-hour shifts starting Tuesday at 18h00. Your job is to keep an eye on NSC’s pumps and stay ahead of any ground floor moisture using the club’s shop-vacs.
