One of the Club’s members has reported that their Dodger frame, made up of several sections, and a ratchet set, went missing between 26 and 29 October 2020. They were last seen alongside their boat (Nonsuch) near the South fence line. If any members have information that could help find these items, please contact Gene Bruce.

NSC yard update
As of December 23rd, the yard will be open for members to check their boats. We have finished up the construction for this winter. The staff will do their best to keep both the pedestrian gates clear of snow. Please be careful walking in the yard as it is quite icy already.
Dock Gate – Busted Again
Due to folks trying to push the gate to make it faster it has been damaged again.
Friedemann Weinhardt, 1955 – 2018
It is with great sadness that we mark the sudden and tragic passing of NSC Member and Ottawa business owner Friedemann Weinhardt. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends. In respect, NSC’s flag will fly at half-mast.
Yard closure to vehicles on Saturday October 29 – morning only
October 29 is the Annual NSC cooperative haulout day for some trailered boats. To make the process run smoothly, the Yard will be closed to vehicle traffic. Members can still access the Yard on foot and use dock-carts. The group anticipates being finished by noon and access will return to normal.
