Join your fellow members and friends for two of the wildest, fun, annual social sailing events of the year! A veritable NSC Fun ‘twofor’ weekend, August 19th and 20th.
Midnight Madness Race – 10pm, Friday Aug. 19th: Moonlight sailing race on the river! Open to interclub registered PHRF/JAM boats. Skipper registration in NSC Lounge (See Jay Morden). Skippers meet 9pm, Warning signal 10pm. Special prizes as well as the usual club awards. Come for Friday night dinner (Galley open), but bring your sailing gear:)!
(Int’l) Harbourmaster’s Race – noon, Saturday Aug. 20th: Big people in little boats (Open Bics) sailing in the harbour. Open to any members and guests older then 18yrs. Registration on the NSC deck. 1st heat at 1pm. Special prizes rumoured. Galley/deck open as usual, so spectators and family are encouraged. Bring a PFD and something to get wet in:)!
