Members are adivised to check their boats following the violent thunderstorms on Friday, Sept. 5th.

In particuar, the dry sail area was hit by what appears to be microbursts which displaced or upturned many dinghies and cats, causing damages like punctures and cracks as well as tearing out tarps and shifting boats off their trailer. Some keelboats also had their tarp torn or shifted out of position.

At this time, we have no report of damages to boats in wet-moorings.
