The Galley’s own Josh Gillard won the 18th Annual Herbfest Cook-off in Almonte, ON, recently, with a winning plate of seared bison tenderloin. Josh has been the chef of The Galley since 2009, and is the new owner of the Must Kitchen & Wine Bar in the ByWard Market.

Herbfest is an annual event organized by the Ottawa Valley Herb Association, and was again emceed by NSC’s Debbie Trenholm of the Savvy Company.
