If you plan to use the standing cranes at NSC to launch, haul-out, de-mast or mast your boat, you must have participated in a “crane familiarization” session. If you haven’t done so already, signup is done online. A crane familiarization session will be held at the North Crane on Saturday, October 1 at 8:00 AM.
Good care and maintenance are the keys to get the maximum life from your sails. Vicky will describe the most common sail and canvas repairs she encounters, and explain how to keep your sails in top notch condition.

As some of you may know, water levels have dropped and BYC’s flood gates have been out for awhile now. BYC’s start has now been officially confirmed, and weeknight Interclub racing will start with the Spring Series beginning this week. Right on schedule for this year!
A gathering for NSC dinghy and catamaran sailors and friends, and CanSail dinghy students from Advantage Boating. Show off your boat, take a new or old friend out for a sail, gather round for snacks and swapping tall tales. Saturday 13 August 2022, 3 to 6pm.
