NSC is remarkably young as sailing clubs go, but the history of how NSC emerged from a shallow part of Graham Bay to become one of Canada’s largest and most active sailing clubs is a remarkable story worth sharing. Hence, we have created a new History page.

This pandemic and lock-down offers a great opportunity for some on-line browsing as we wait for the water to soften; we hope you enjoy reading about how our wonderful club came to be. A link to the History page can also be found in the right-side menu, under “Resources”.

For now, this page is essentially a collection of links to material that has, for the most part, existed on our website for years. However, we’d love to find someone who might like to take on the role of club archivist. If interested, please contact Hugh Morrin (613-302-0318), or Dave Bradly, Public Relations Director.
