Fleet is accepting applications for Head, Senior and Junior Race Bosuns for the 2018 season. These are paid part-time positions (weeknights and some weekends) from May to October with some scheduling flexibility. Join the team running the largest race program in Canada.
The NSC Race Bosun team plays a key role in the successful running of the club’s Sailing Program and is known for excellence in club race management.

The Head Race Bosun is a developmental opportunity for a young adult sailor to organize and lead the race bosun team, developing your own skill in race management, communications and leadership. You will lead the Race Bosun team to achieve consistent high quality racing operations. Ideally the applicant will have experience at Sail Canada Race Management Level II (Course Race Officer).
The Senior and Junior Race Bosuns are developmental opportunities for young adult sailors looking to expand current on-the-water knowledge with skills in race management as well as organisation, communication, and people/teamwork. Ideally the applicant will have experience at Sail Canada Race Management Level I/II (Assistant or Course Race Officer).
