Help us wrap up another successful Easter Seals Regatta with a Hawaiian-inspired feast, live music and dancing. Through the generosity of Josh in the NSC Galley, all profits from this dinner will be donated to Easter Seals Ontario. First course
Sesame coconut shrimp – 3 jumbo shrimps, marinated in sesame oil, crusted and baked with coconut flakes. With a spicy mango coulis, topped with crispy fried leeks.
Main Course
Baked apple and pineapple stuffed pork loin, seasoned with Hawaiian volcanic sea salt. In a Malibu rum cream sauce. Served with baked yam stuffed potato skin and panko, dijon crusted tomato.
OR
Sole wrapped around brown butter fried shallots, red peppers and blue crab claw meat. In a Malibu rum cream sauce. Served with baked yam stuffed potato skin and panko, dijon crusted tomato
Dessert
Pina Colada mousse, served in a melon bowl with grilled pineapple and toasted coconut.
