Fair Warning: Yard closure to vehicles coming up
Looking ahead, we’re anticipating a sharp increase in launch activity and it’s possible that we’ll need to close the yard to vehicles as early as April 28 and/or April 29. This is done to help our Service Providers launch boats quickly and efficiently. If necessary, timing and details will follow.
Water Levels at NSC
We may need all hands on deck if and when the water reaches a certain level to assist with the placement of sand bags around the yard. Please check this website and your email for future information regarding the status of the water level and any action that may be required as a result.

Yard and harbour access is permitted without restrictions as of 30 June, 2021 coinciding with the provincial move to Step 2. The mandatory online form will no longer be required as of 30 June. Members accessing the patio area for dining will be screened and recorded upon entry

Water levels are dropping steadily. Provided the forecast holds, we should be able to position W and Service Docks safely during the week of May 15-19 and host Commercial Launch on May 20.

Yard Water Supply Off Effective 2 November
Due to freezing temperatures, the water supply to the yard has been turned off to avoid damage to the system. There is no running water in the Sailing Pavilion washrooms and water at the Service docks has been disconnected.
