We have a SOLD OUT SHOW!! On July 18th, 2015 the NSC and a number of other local sailing clubs, in partnership with Ontario Sailing, will host a fun barrier-free day which will give anyone a chance to try sailing, no matter what experience you have being on the water.
The provincial wide initiative will be an all-day event where interested sailor-wannabe’s get to learn the basics of the sport along with a tour of our club. We encourage you to tell your friends about this great event to try the sport on their own, with friends, or bring the whole family along. The day will feature a number of information kiosks, live entertainment, a bite to eat and of course – sailing on a keelboat or dinghy.
While we have escorts and and a specific program for them to follow, if you see some of these folks around the club (they will all have name tags and NSC lanyards) please say ‘Hi’ and answer any questions they may have.
