Sailors looking for a challenge? The annual NSC single handed keelboat race will take place Saturday August 27th starting at 1350. NEW this year BYC and NSC have combined their single-handed challenges into one start and course to make things more interesting.
Kerri Weller, Director of Sail Training, and Callum Smith, Head Instructor of Learn to Sail Programs, will host an Information Session, on Sunday, February 16th, 3-5 p.m. at NSC.
Unfortunately, it was a pretty wet evening last night, a little too wet to stand outside and learn about Cranes. While a few Members were on hand, we agreed to move the session to Saturday May 30 at 1pm. If you’d like to join, please meet near the South Crane at 12:45pm.
The next crane familiarization session will be held Saturday morning October 13th from 11:00 to 1:00 at the north crane.
Open to all sailors and racers. Come out and see how your club works! Contact Tracy Ross, Fleet Captain, nsc-fleet.
Let’s go to Britannia YC on Thursday 18 January to celebrate the friendly rivalry of our interclub racing. Awards begin at 19:00 and you are all invited. Cash bar menu will be available, in the beautiful BYC clubhouse.
