AGM Election, window for Proxy Vote Registration is Closed

Overview of the Special Meeting of the Members held December 7
A Special Meeting of the Members was held earlier this month, the main purpose of which was to vote on changes to NSC’s By-Law so that the timing of our Annual General Meeting (AGM) aligns with new legislation. There are still more changes required, and this was an important first step.
