NSC has once again been accepted as a host site for Doors Open Ottawa, which will take place on June 1st and 2nd from 10 – 4 each day. To make this event a success, the PR team is once again looking for a bit of help from members.
The 2.4mR sailors need support to help transport their boats to regattas and training camps in Montreal (May 31-Jun 1), Newport RI (Jun 25-Jul 1st), Kingston (Jul 12-15) and Toronto (Sept 19-22).
Without volunteers, our club would be a very different place.
If you volunteered at NSC in any capacity during 2012, give yourself a pat on the back and mark your calendar for Volunteer Appreciation Night – Thursday, January 10 at 7 pm in the newly refurbished East Room.
NSC Able Sail is recruiting transfer and companion volunteers to help at the Mobility Cup 2012, September 10-14th. Training sessions will be held in August on
The Mooring Diagram for the dinghy park for Saturday is available as a PDF (76.7 Kb) on BOX.
There will be a work party on May 12th to place boats in their assigned slips and to complete a clean-up of the area.
