We will be closing the NSC Harbour this coming Saturday, Nov 9 2013.
There is still room at the Ontario Sailing Workshop, running this Saturday, November 2, from 9am – 4pm at NSC. Follow this link for more details, or to register on-line.
Despite the nasty weather, a large group of very dedicated volunteers were on hand this past Saturday to help haul about 85 boats.
Preparations are underway for the annual NSC Awards Dinner to be held November 23rd. Find out if you and your crew won it big, and make sure we got the spelling right for your boat name and/or skipper/crew names.

As we approach fall, many volunteers will be working to prepare the Yard and Harbour for winter. Some important dates are rapidly approaching and this long weekend might be your best time to start planning.
Gobble! Gooble! Gobble! Folks, the annual NSC Turkey Trot Pursuit race and Thanksgiving Feast is this Monday Oct. 14th, 2013!
In the second Frostbite race held on Sunday, September 29th, the PHRF fleet incorrectly sailed a shortened course. The Race Committee had signaled a “J” course, per SI 11.
Marinated Hip of Beef served along with Baked potato, salad with veggies and fresh rolls & butter. Followed by dessert, coffee and tea. Entertainment with the Drew Nelson Band.
