An ISAF/Sail Canada accredited Offshore Personal Survival Course instructed by Eric Hill will be hosted at BYC on April 23rd and 24th, 2016. See seasurvival.ca/course-information.html for details. No prerequisite qualifications or sailing experience required. Completion awards an ISAF personal offshore safety certificate, valid for five years for offshore racing.
