Our racing program depends on Race Committee Volunteers signing up, and showing up. When insufficient RC volunteers are expected (i.e. not all slots have been filled), or if volunteers have not shown up, the RC will postpone ashore.

This is the second race of the Interclub Long distance series. The start is at “S” mark and the warning time is 1100 hours. The two drop marks off Pinhey’s Point must be rounded to port. Refer to Sailing Instructions for details.

Nepean Sailing Club & Britannia Yacht Club are again hosting the Bring on the Bay Swim 2018 on Saturday July 14 @ 8am. The fastestboats in the fleet are racing at NSC this weekend at the Ottawa Skiff & Catamaran Grand Prix. There’s a strong fleet this year – I14 & 29er skiffs – F16/F18 and Hobie 16/17/18 racing catamarans – and for the speed-hounds: Moth & UFO foiling boats.
The K4 red buoy that marks Blueberry shoal is currently on Blueberry itself, not in its correct position at the outside edge. Please leave extra room. This was reported on 30 May 2018.
