It is with great sadness that we report the passing of NSC’s founding Commodore, Bill Mantle. Bill was instrumental in the founding of NSC, and served on the Board of Directors from 1978-1981. Bill features prominently in our archive of historical photos, and in the book, Nepean Sailing Club, 1979 to 1994, The First Fifteen Years. See this obituary.
