It is with great sadness that we report the passing of NSC member Barry Martin, a regular crew member on C&C 27 “Velero”. See this obituary. Family and friends are invited to attend virtually a funeral that will be live streamed at 1100 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020.

This year’s Fantastic Nepean Fall Regatta was held Sept 9-10. A total of 40 boats, from six dinghy fleets participated: Martins, Club 420s, 505s, Open Catamarans, Albacores and Fireballs. Navigation at Constance Bay, K10 Mark
The red buoy K10 marking the narrow channel near the Constance shoal is out of position by about 0.17 NM downstream of chart position. The Coast Guard has been notified. The green buoy K11 is good, and should be the one used for navigating that channel. (Updated 2014-06-27).
