NSC will host an Ontario Sailing University seminar on Saturday, February 29th. Learn about sail controls, shape, and trim to improve boat speed from Nigel Crosscombe, an Ontario Sailing University instructor.
Nepean Sailing Club is recruiting a full-time Sailing Activities Manager. The Sailing Activities Manager’s role at the Club will consist of overseeing the day-to-day operation of all sailing activities. He / she will provide cohesion and growth for this most important aspect of the Club’s operation.

NOD 2020 currently needs a chairperson (or 2). I ask you to step up and help create another successful event. This is a most satisfying role to play. Sailors from 80 boats will be delighted by your great sailing event, which is June 20 + 21.
BYC will host the Interclub Awards for the 2019 season, on January 16, 2020. So join your fellow racers at BYC. Awards begin at 7:00 p.m., but the bar will be open well before then. No reservations required.
Fleet awards night on 16 November 2019 attracted a large crowd of 140 NSC sailors, who collected 160 awards between them. Fleet’s highest award, the Commodore’s Cup, went to Aaron Wong-Sing and Peter Wood for outstanding competitive sailing and coaching respectively, with particular contributions to the 2019 Mobility Cup.
