Ontario Sailing is offering an on-line Assistant Race Officer course on Monday and Tuesday evenings, June 8 & 9, from 7:00-10:00 p.m., and the best part is that NSC will reimburse the course cost for any NSC members!

Unfortunately, NSC had to cancel the Club Race Officer course we had planned to host on March 28-29, but this is a great way to get the first portion of that course on-line. And because race management personnel are so vital to our racing program, the Fleet Committee will reimburse the registration cost of this course to NSC members who complete it. Members should sign up and pay for the course, as outlined above, and then send an email to Dominic Goodwill, the Fleet Captain, providing their membership number and advising that they are registered. Upon successful completion of the course, they should send a second email to Dominic. Note that people must attend both sessions in order to get reimbursed.
Dominic will then arrange to have a credit applied to your account that will go towards any expenses charged to your NSC account, or to your 2021 membership, if not used before then.
