Please take a few minutes to review NSC’s Annual Report – that’s right, you can read the report prior to the AGM. Owing to the timing required to make the report available ahead of the meeting, detailed financial results are not (yet) available.
This Annual Report is reviving a old practice and adding a new twist in that you’re receiving the report along with your notice of the Annual General Meeting. By putting this report in your hands prior to the AGM, my aim is to address any major questions that you might have; and also to stimulate new questions that you might wish to raise at the General Meeting.
Additionally, the 2017 AGM will feature a significantly reworked – and much shorter – agenda as described in the official notice. We will cover some official business but this also is your night to be heard.
Please join me, your Directors and fellow members at 18h30 on December 7. Light snacks will be on hand and the meeting will be called to order at 19h30.
