The Annual General Meeting of the Nepean Sailing Club will be held on Wednesday December 5th, 2018 at 7:30 pm in the NSC HarbourView Hall. The deadline for Proxy submission has now closed.
If you plan to vote at the AGM:
- You must be registered to vote: Please register your participation at the Office between 6:30 and 7:30 pm before the meeting.
- If you registered a Proxy with the Club Secretary (Paul Wagner), it will be available when your designate registers at the Office.
- Please note that in accordance with NSC’s Bylaw No. 1 (November 2012) as per Article 3.4 and 3.5, a single vote shall be accorded to Family memberships, Adult memberships and Student memberships (over 18 years of age).
