Each year at the Annual General Meeting the members of the NSC have the opportunity to elect its Board of Directors. Our Bylaw also states that a Director may serve in the same office for a maximum of three terms. To date we are in the fortunate position of having eight directors eligible and willing to serve another term, and at least one person expressing interest for the remaining offices.
Any member in good standing may put themselves forward to serve on the BoD. The deadline for nominations this year is March 2, 2023 (21 days prior to the AGM). If there are multiple candidates for a portfolio, elections will be held at the AGM. Information on the status of Board membership and nominations will be distributed to members with the ‘AGM package’ prior to the meeting on March 23.
