The 2020 Annual General Meeting for the Nepean Sailing Club has been shifted by a week to Wednesday December 16, 2020 @ 1900. The formal notice will be sent via email by the Secretary in the next day or two and will contain registration information as well as links to meeting documents.

This year the meeting will be held virtually using the Zoom webinar platform. After registering you will be provided with a link allowing you to join the meeting from your computer, laptop, tablet or phone. Voting will be done using the “raise hand” functionality built into Zoom and you may submit questions during the Q&A agenda item using the Q&A functionality in Zoom.

Although it is not recommended, you may also attend the meeting with audio only by dialing into the numbers which will be provided once you register. You will be able to “raise” your hand by keying *9, however you will not be able to submit questions.

You may also submit questions in advance by emailing the Secretary before close of business on December 14, 2020.
