The NSC Crew Bank is now open for those looking for crewing spots, and for skippers/owners looking for crew. Whether you’re new to town, new to the club, or just looking for something different, the Crew Bank is a great way to connect with like-minded sailors looking for someone with whom to sail.
Some of us were born into sailing, while others find their way onto a boat later in life. Websites have come to play an increasingly important role in introducing people to sailing. In developing NSC’s new website, the Public Relations Committee has been looking at the journeys people take into sailing.
The Chief Scorer is seeking a volunteer to do scoring for Wednesday nights (dinghies) for the coming season. The time commitment is approximately 30 minutes each Wednesday evening after racing. Training is provided. Please contact Jennifer for more information or to express interest.
In the fast moving digital world, few things stand the test of time like the NSC website. First registered in 1998, the site has gone through many redesigns over the years under the leadership of longtime volunteers Daniel Servranckx and Hugh Morrin.

Public Relations is looking for more volunteers to “deepen our bench” for club audio visual broadcast capacity. We need alternate audio and camera operators, and switchers to join our well organized team. Training provided but experience an asset.
