Bylaw One
During the Annual General Meeting on November 1, 2012, the membership voted to replace the 2002 Bylaw One with a revised version. The changes resulted from our changing relationship with the City of Ottawa, as a lease tenant, updates to membership categories and amendments that clarify the operations of the Club. On December 7, 2022, the membership voted for additional changes affecting meetings of members, reflecting new mandatory requirements for not-for-profit organizations as a result of updates to the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
