As summer cruises toward fall, it’s time once again for our annual Hip of Beef Dinner! This year featuring the catchy neo-soul/R&B sounds of The Ryan Lewis Project, all the way from Barbados by way of Kingston, Ontario.
Join us on the deck for drinks at 5 pm, then enjoy a hearty NSC-style feast at 6:30 pm, followed by live music and dancing. Reservations are required: please click here.

Marinated Hip of Beef, flame-roasted slowly over natural hardwood charcoal,
served with a roll and butter, baked potato and salad loaded with vegetables.
