The next Crane Familiarization Sessions will be Wednesday, May 11th at 7:00 p.m. Please sign up for these on the sign-up sheets in the crane booking binder. Per recent e-mails from the Harbourmaster, training on the NSC stationery cranes is now mandatory for those wishing to use them for launching or masting.
We will be launching and masting C&C 27 “Carvalla” on the south crane, and J-30 “HiJinx” on the north crane. Trainees will be split into two groups to assist in the launching and masting, but both groups will get training on both cranes.
Dave Searle will be leading the training on the north crane, and Hugh Morrin will lead the training on the south crane.
