We have been working at finding the right model to best serve you in the The Galley and bar.
In talking to many of you – we haven’t got it right. It is a balancing act of ensuring you get the best service possible, dealing with staff shortages, and being fiscally responsible.
To help ease the wait times we are reintroducing the “puck buzzer” system for food orders starting on Monday, September 25th.
Our friendly bar and Galley crew will gladly serve your drinks and take your menu orders at the bar, and a puck buzzer will be provided for food orders.
We are continuing to evolve the way we serve and will use the quiet(er) time over the fall/winter to make sure things run more smoothly as we roll into 2024.
