Some of us were born into sailing, while others find their way onto a boat later in life. Websites have come to play an increasingly important role in introducing people to sailing.
In developing NSC’s new website, the Public Relations Committee has been looking at the journeys people take into sailing. Everyone’s story is unique, but by looking at the main routes, we can better equip people with the information they need to engage with our club.
There are many ways people can engage–enjoying a meal at The Galley, taking an introductory sailing course, sending their kids to a camp, crewing, volunteering and owning a boat. NSC plays a substantial role in serving the surrounding community and our new website will play an even more central role in showcasing the club. After the AGM, we’ll be launching our upgraded website to allow members and onlookers alike to engage in all that NSC has to offer.
