October 29 is the Annual NSC cooperative haulout day for some trailered boats. To make the process run smoothly, the Yard will be closed to vehicle traffic. Members can still access the Yard on foot and use dock-carts. The group anticipates being finished by noon and access will return to normal.

Construction at NSC: Modified Clubhouse Access
Concrete workers will be onsite beginning today (1 Aug) to form and pour concrete outside the washroom doors and the Club’s back door. While construction is ongoing, access to these doors will be prohibited. Please stay clear of all construction work.
Navigation at Constance Bay, K10 Mark
The red buoy K10 marking the narrow channel near the Constance shoal is out of position by about 0.17 NM downstream of chart position. The Coast Guard has been notified. The green buoy K11 is good, and should be the one used for navigating that channel. (Updated 2014-06-27).

Ideally the individual will have experience at the Sail Canada Race Management Level I/II (Assistant or Course Race Officer).
