NSC’s annual Turkey Trot pursuit race ran on Thanksgiving Monday, October 10, on a beautiful sunny day. The winds were initially very light, which meant the course was only once around, though a shifty northwest wind at 6-12 knots filled in shortly after the first boats crossed the start line.

After racing, sailors gathered in the Harbourview Hall and on the deck to enjoy hot turkey sandwiches, compliments of the Social Committee, with salad and dessert contributions from some participants.

Thanks to Race Officer Doug Patterson, Social Director Dayna Helmer, and all the volunteers who made this happen!

If you were sailing, you should know where you finished, but for those who missed it, here are the results.
