Members are reminded to please exercise care when pressure washing boats after hauling out at the cranes so that adjacent boats on W Dock are not inadvertently covered with grit and grime.

Depth Caution – Harbour Channel
Water levels on Lac Deschênes are approaching record low water levels; they are currently lower than they have been since 2012. There have been some incidents of boat groundings on the east side of the channel near the 4th green buoy when leaving the harbour area. Please proceed with caution.

Race-Mark Laying Course – May 27-28
NSC is hosting Ontario Sailing’s training course on setting racing marks. Classroom + on-water practice. Setting marks quickly and accurately is a great skill for race committee volunteers. It will make you popular for invitations to regattas. Two levels of training offered: Saturday-only or Saturday + Sunday. Free for NSC members.
