A crane familiarization session will be held at the North crane on Sunday, 3 Oct at 2:00 PM. Please register with the Front Desk (admin@nsc.ca). On arrival, check in with Parke Davis & Mike Roper who will lead the session. All members & their families are welcome. Be aware that the session will be video recorded for use on the NSC YouTube channel. As a reminder, attending a training session on the NSC cranes is mandatory for all members wanting to use them for launch & haul out & for putting up or taking down masts.
We will be removing the mast & hauling out Ian Hoyte’s boat & placing it on a trailer. If you are double vaccinated, you can volunteer to work with others on the boat and/or handle control lines to participate actively in the process. Face masks are mandatory.
